philanthropy is a beautiful thing. i discovered hand in hand soaps today via oh joy! (seriously, is she just not the cutest?!) and it just made me so happy.
these soaps – beautifully packaged – not only save rain forest acreage (50 square feet for each bar purchased), they also put a bar of soap in the hand of a child in need. this simple act of washing our hands, clearly something we all take so foregranted, is essential in preventing illness in children. purchasing one bar – one bar – can save a child’s life.
