Churro Bites Recipe for Cinco de Mayo

Guys, I whole heartedly intended to make churros from scratch. And then, I was like, nope. Hard no. Let’s make cheaters. So. Here we are today, with churro bites that literally require 4 ingredients. Okay, plus maybe some raspberry “sauce” (2 ingredients) and caramel (store-bought) for dunking.

Posole with Chilies & Pork Recipe

Oh, y’all. If you’ve never had posole, you’ve gotta make this posole recipe with chilis and pork ribs! I will be making chili a whole lot less now that I know how to make posole. Now, I want to tell you – I like a quick and easy recipe as much as the next gal, but this one is a project recipe. Most of your time is hands off, but, it’s a project. Chips & Salsa Grazing Board for Cinco de Mayo

Cinco de Mayo is definitely one of my favorite days of the year, because it’s one of the few I can force my husband to have tacos. For some unknown reason, he’s not a huge Mexican food fan even as I try my hardest to make him a convert. This year’s Cinco de Mayo menu is kicking of with a chips, salsa, and a few other things, grazing board. You guys know how much I love a good grazing board!

Thankfully chips and salsa are a fan fav in our house and I don’t have to try so hard to rally support for those on cinco de mayo or any other day of the year.
