Combine eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a shallow dish for coating the bread; whip until we’ll combined.
Soak the bread on each side for 2-3 minutes until the bread sops up a good bit of the mixture.
While the bread is soaking, melt some butter in your pan.
Place the soaked slices in the melted butter, until golden brown before flipping to the other side. Once your first side is just the way you like it, flip and brown the second side.
Repeat with remaining slices of bread.
Serve with butter, maple syrup, sliced strawberries - however you like to enjoy your French toast!
