French Style Hot Chocolate
The perfect treat on a snowy, cold day! Top with whipped cream for a truly decadent experience.

- 6 Oz 70% dark chocolate
- 6 Oz Milk chocolate
- 3 C Whole milk
- 1/4 C Granulated sugar
- Whipped cream
In a blender, chop your chocolate. Set aside.
In a sauce pan, combine milk and sugar and bring to just boiling.
Immediately add milk to chocolate and blend until combined.
Serve hot.
Using high quality chocolate will give you the best taste!
You could reserve left overs in an airtight container for a few days. To reheat, place on the stove top with a few tablespoons for milk.
