French Style Hot Chocolate

The perfect treat on a snowy, cold day! Top with whipped cream for a truly decadent experience.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Oz 70% dark chocolate
  • 6 Oz Milk chocolate
  • 3 C Whole milk
  • 1/4 C Granulated sugar
  • Whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, chop your chocolate. Set aside. 
  • In a sauce pan, combine milk and sugar and bring to just boiling. 
  • Immediately add milk to chocolate and blend until combined. 
  • Serve hot. 

Notes

Using high quality chocolate will give you the best taste! 
You could reserve left overs in an airtight container for a few days. To reheat, place on the stove top with a few tablespoons for milk.
