Prep Time 5 mins
Cook Time 30 mins
Total Time 35 mins
- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a pan with foil sprayed with cooking spray or a silpat,, or parchment paper.
Combine flour, pumpkin, peanut butter and eggs in a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook.
Mix on medium high speed until a ball forms.
Flour a surface and lightly flour a rolling pin. Place the dough on the surface and roll into a large circle, about 1/4-1/2 inch high. Gently use your treat cutter to form the shapes, and place on the baking sheet about 1 inch apart. Roll your dough until all the dough is used up by the treats. Place in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes. The treats will not be dry and crispy, they will still have some moisture. You want to bake them so they are set and a little dry to the touch. I recommend checking around 20-25 minutes to ensure they do not completely start to brown. If that happens, remove from the oven, allow to cool completely.
