Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Wings

The secret to these oven baked chicken wings is the baking powder! You bake at a low temp to start the crisping, toss them in the sauce, crank up the heat and finish cooking. In a little over an hour you'll have crispy wings so good you won't even miss the frying!
