Ingredients

  • 6 puff pastry shells, frozen
  • 6 tbsp brie, divided into 1 tbsp servings
  • 6 tsp blueberry jam
  • candied pecans, for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Place puff pastry shells on prepared baking sheet, according to package instructions.
  • Bake for 18 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Remove "lids" per package instructions. Flip the lid upside down and tuck back into the puff pastry shells. (This gives the cheese more height)
  • Place brie in each shell, top with jam and garnish with pecans.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

To make with crescent roll:
Preheat the oven according to package instructions.
Cut small squares and place brie and jam in the squares, folding the corners into a little package.
Place in mini muffin tin, bake according to package instructions or until golden brown.
Let the bites cool 3-5 minutes and serve immediately.
