This vinaigrette has been on repeat here, from salads to sandwiches to drizzling over roasted veg. We’ve even used it as a marinade for chicken.

This guy is simple but really packs so much flavor. It’s just a mix of good quality olive oil, mustard (I prefer Trader Joe’s dijon for all my mustard needs), grated garlic, lemon juice, basil, salt and pepper.
