Ingredients: 1 3/4 cup (220g) all purpose flour; 1/2 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder; 1 tbsp espresso powder (or finely ground coffee); 1 tsp baking powder; 1/2 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 c (115g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled; 3/4 c (150g) granulated sugar; 1/4 c (50g) brown sugar; 2 eggs; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 1/2 c sour cream or greek yogurt (full fat); 1/2 c whole milk; 1/2 c mini chocolate chips - optional but highly recommended; 3/4 c all purpose flour; 1/4 c granulated sugar; 1/3 c brown sugar; 1/2 tsp salt; 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled; 1/2 c powdered sugar; 1 tsp espresso powder (or 1 tbsp very strong brewed coffee); 1/2 tsp vanilla extract; 1-2 tbsp heavy cream or milk (adjust for consistency); 1 pinch salt
