Beef Sliders with Caramelized Onion Jam & Roasted Garlic Aioli
These were one of the more indulgent parts of the menu — and easily one of the first things to disappear. Juicy beef, melted cheese, a deep, jammy onion layer, and roasted garlic aioli — all tucked into soft slider buns.

They’re rich. A little over the top. And exactly what you want in a slider.

You’ll notice on Rory’s menu, he has elk sliders – I made the choice to swap for beef since it tends to be more accessible than elk, but feel free to swap for your preferred ground meat, just adjust cook times accordingly.
